About GS
GS is Gloria Smith whose journey into the world of software technology began while working as a Medical Secretary.  Next stop was an opportunity to work with a local Business College creating and teaching a series of courses for a Medical & Legal Secretarial Program that also included technology training.  From there, design and delivering of training programs and courses for MS Office continued to grow to not only include Excel, PowerPoint and Word, but also Access, Project, CRM Dynamics and SharePoint.

Additionally, Gloria has worked for a myriad of businesses from very small to very large enterprise organizations spanning education, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, call centers, and software development.   Experienced in a variety of roles both as an Employee, a Consultant and Small Business Owner.  The main services successfully delivered to date include:
