Project Management
GS is available to provide Project Management Services and Support including set-up and training of Microsoft Project software.  GS experience with projects has included:

  • Implementations (53) to migrate mutual insurance clients from a Windows-based system to a web-based platform for managing Auto, Property, Farm & Commercial Policies plus Accounting.
  • A re-engineering plan for a new sales revenue stream to increase the volume of an online loan applications platform.
  • Implementation of Dynamics CRM, Eclipse Project Planning, and SharePoint to support community hospitals and physicians electronically.
  • Tracking of multiple project plans for enterprise-wide initiatives North-American wide including management of a SharePoint space for reporting project status for management.
  • A healthcare IT initiative delivering a change management plan to provide staff preparation sessions to ensure a seamless network and PC upgrade project.
  • The reorganization of a Canada-wide plan to procure, deliver, install 2000+ PCs in parallel with a new network set-up and a timely user training program.
